  • We believe you should only pay for the features you require and therefore our pricing is flexible and tailored to your organisation's needs. We offer different pricing plans to accommodate various budgets and requirements. Please talk to our sales team for a personalised quote today.

  • Not at all. We charge a flat monthly or annual fee based on your plan and number of contacts. In regards to processing your members payments, our payment partners Stripe and GoCardless charge their standard processing fees however we do not add anything on top of these.

  • Yes. To ensure your migration to sheepCRM is a success, our expert onboarding team provide a guided set up service which includes:

    • System configuration (based on your needs)

    • Setup guidance

    • Data migration

    • Training.

    The set up fee is determined by your sheepCRM plan and the amount of support you require from our team.

  • Yes. Charities and non-profit organisations account for almost all of our customers and therefore we automatically discount our pricing to ensure it offers excellent value.

  • Yes of course. As part of our guided set up service we assist you with importing your existing data into sheepCRM.

  • Yes. We offer a range of expert lead services to ensure you get the most value from sheepCRM including consultancy, data migration, training, customisation and development. Talk to our sales team today to discuss your particular needs.

  • Yes. The minimum contact duration for sheepCRM is 12 months which is why we take the time upfront to ensure there is a good fit before we work together. We believe in building long term relationships with our customers and aim to support you on your journey for many years.

  • Absolutely! We understand that each organisation is unique. You can customise your sheepCRM plan to include the features and add-ons that best suit your requirements. Talk to our sales team today to discuss your specific needs.

  • Yes. We love seeing how our customers grow. If you’ve outgrown your current plan just let us know and we can simply increase the number of contacts included with your plan to suit your needs.

  • Technical support is included with all of our plans. As a UK based team, our support hours are 09:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

    We prioritise web-based and email support as our primary means of assistance. If necessary, we can also arrange additional discussions through telephone or video calls to address any specific requirements.

  • Yes you can. You can cancel your plan anytime after 12 months by giving us 30 days notice. We would be sad to see you go but hope we can remain friends. Should you wish to change your plan at anytime, simply contact our support team who will be happy to help.

  • First of all do not worry. If you exceed the limits of your plan we will simply get in touch to let you know and offer you a couple of options. Either you can reduce the number of contacts to match your plan or we can increase the number of contacts included in your plan for a small fee.

  • Protecting members' data is a top priority. sheepCRM implements robust security measures to safeguard customers data and adheres to industry-standard data protection regulations. With regular data backups, encryption, and user access controls, organisations can trust that their data is secure and compliant.

  • For monthly paying customers we collect our fees via direct debit using GoCardless.

    Where we agree to you having, and you sign up as an annual paying customer you will be invoiced annually in advance from the day your account was created and require payment within 14 days.

  • When starting out our founder James Webster wanted sheepCRM to be different, to be memorable and this goal combined with his love of Metaphors gave sheepCRM its distinctive name.

    What is the metaphor you say? Just like a good shepherd needs to efficiently manage his flock of sheep. A membership organisation must be able to do the same for their membership, and so the name sheepCRM was born!
